จำนวน 2 อัตรา พื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน Chaengwattana Road, Bangkhen, Laksi, Bangkok Responsibilities: • Incident and request management (apply ITIL) Investigate problem and find out root cause (with providing interim solution) Chronic incidents analysis Logging and monitoring application/system Regular incident reporting Include standby remote support on non-office time • Master data and data list maintenance for application admin • Business specification document and update • Software release process Prepare Test plan and test scenario for SIT Execute/ review test result Control version for deploy software to test/QA/production environment • User documentation and training / knowledge sharing FAQ document and update Work Time : Monday - Friday 08:00 am. – 05.30 pm.
